Contact and registration forms that appear on this web site require different information depending on their purpose. The information collected is solely required to enable us to respond to enquiries, manage requests from stallholders and administer newsletters.  Identifiable information is limited to name, email address and telephone number (where required).

Who we share your data with

If you register on this site to receive newsletters or to make a general enquiry we collect only your name and email address. If you submit a stall reservation requests we additionally ask for your telephone number. Your data is managed by TasteFaversham (www.tastefaversham.org). Faversham Food Festival and TasteFaversham do not sell or share your data.

How long we retain your data

Any data collected is retained until such time as you request removal from the mailing list.

What rights you have over your data

If you have registered on this site or submitted an enquiry or request you can ask to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
